It is the classic error of
history to consider the evil doings within generations to be the unique acts of specific
nations, groups, or even single men and that once these are annihilated the evil goes with
them. This scapegoat doctrine has always been very convenient for the victorious and their
followers. Yet it is thus that history repeats it-self. For the phenomena that occur
within generations are only re-current random materializations of the macro bio-state,
which is the conglomerate of all life matter on earth. Over the ages only universal, time
constant counter mechanisms can prevent recurrence of their target phenomena.
History can not be influenced when neglecting such an essence . . .
